Only a few days left...

The end of school is near! Yeah! I think we have like 15 days school days left. The summer is going to be so nice, I can wake up what ever time I want and go to sleep late. Not every day of course, I plan to get a summer job(Not sure where though). No vacation this summer :( but it's going to be a nice summer. I can't wait for the summer! No more school work and just time to relax.

Star Trek?

So I have never liked the television show. Their is millions of people that loved the show. I think the movie might be worth watching though. I have heard a lot of good things about it, even from people that didn't the the T.V. show either. Its probably a good movie and I might plan on watching the movie. I heard it did extremely well in the box office. Making a whopping $76,500,000 in the first weekend. Man I wish I could have some of that money :)

If you guys have seen the movie, let me know what you think of it please. Thank You.

Random Facts

Here are some random facts...not sure if they are all a 100% true

"if you have 3 quarters, 4 dimes, and 4 pennies, you have $1.19. You also have the largest amount of money in coins without being able to make change for a dollar.
The numbers '172' can be found on the back of the U.S. $5 dollar bill in the bushes at the base of the Lincoln Memorial.

President Kennedy was the fastest random speaker in the world with upwards of 350 words per minute.

In the average lifetime, a person will walk the equivalent of 5 times around the equator.

Odontophobia is the fear of teeth.

According to suicide statistics, Monday is the favored day for self-destruction.

It would take 11 Empire State Buildings, stacked one on top of the other, to measure the Gulf of Mexico at its deepest point."

Those are just some of them that I liked from the website. It is crazy that 11 empire state buildings stacked on top of each other reaches the bottom of the gulf of Mexico. That is extremely deep. To think that the average person walks around the equator 5 times in their life time, that is a lot of walking. Some of these facts really get you thinking. The random facts are from http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~bingbin/ if you wish see more.

A follow up on the X- man movie

The movie was great, worth every penny. I saw the movie a few days ago and would see it again. It is basically how Wolverine became what he is today. The way the movie plays out is great. I have not followed the comic but supposedly it followed the comics closely. Word has it that they are making two more X-man Origin movies. One about Dead pool(which turned into weapon 11, for those of you that have seen the movie). The other one is about Magneto which is like the super villain. Hopefully the new X-man Origins are as good as this one.

The Swine Flu

As of today there is no outbreaks of the swine flu in Florida. Some states have the flu though. The only death because of it was in Texas. There is 141 cases of it and only one death so far(in the USA). I think people are taking this overboard. If you do happen to get it, you will get very sick but you should live.I would still try and stay away from sick people, getting sick sucks. Stay clean folks :P
